AccountPro does not accept returns or offer refunds on downloaded software. Defective software may be replaced with the same version only. In order to receive a replacement via download provide us with an explanation of the problem via email within 30 days from purchase date, together with the original order number and order date. We are unable to provide replacements without this information.
